The website (www.fixya.in) under the name and style 'fixya' (the "Platform") is owned, operated and made available by Bengal Crafts Online Private Limited, with its office at 114/8, Diamond Harbour Road (Udayan Palli), Kolkata - 700008 (hereinafter, referred to as "BengalCrafts" which term shall include its assignees and/or successors-in-interest).
BengalCrafts, through the Platform, facilitates provision of Fixya Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) through a dense hyperlocal network of Fixya, (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), trained and verified by them on a best effort basis, for their Customers (as defined in the Terms and Conditions), on an on-demand basis ("Services"), for a fee ("Fee").
This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out the privacy practices of BengalCrafts with respect to the usage of the Platform and the Services.
